The research conducted at CHARL adopts a multidisciplinary approach to cognitive ageing by examining the effects of lifestyle and stimulating cognitive activities on older adults’ cognition, as well as the impact of physical health and nutrition on cognitive decline that can be related to normal ageing. CHARL’s mission is also to spread the results of its research to the greatest number of people to enrich actual scientific knowledge on ageing.
